Thursday Night D-STAR Round Table. Join us on reflector XRF002A, XRF310A and XRF555A 8:00pm PDT weekly.
N6HKH: What? No shouts? Did I miss the memo?
AA7US: The memo said not to shout.
KE0AYJ: Dont get me started on the G3 CR##p
kb7csw: thats the link, apologies for the mix up.
KE0AYJ: ircDB is the way I went. Now too little bandwidth is the issue.
W6KD: KE0AYJ...if you turn off ircDDB, all you lose is callsign routing (and a pile of backbone housekeeping traffic). If bandwidth limitations are driving problems, I'd turn that off in a heartbeat and a half!
W6KD: Very compelling analysis on future of sunspot activity and HF propagation...dismal for next 25 years. www.ras.org.uk/news-and-press/2680-irregular-heartbeat-of-the-sun-driven-by-double-dynamo
K6KD: 6m National Band Plan www.scrrba.org/BandPlans/51-54.pdf All band plans www.arrl.org/band-plan 10m band 28-29.7: repeater input 29.520-29.590, repeater output 29.610-29.700. Simplex 1 frequency allocated to FM 29.600
wb5eku: Link for SCRRBA coordination in Southern California: www.scrrba.org/BandPlans/10m.htm Note the PL tone for SoCal. It is recognized that on 10meters the band can open for long distance. This is coordinated, but also by gentlemen's agreement
